Forest boss Nuno hit with three-game ban
Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo was hit with a three-match touchline ban and fined £55,000 ($72,000) on Friday as punishment after being sent off against Brighton.
Nuno was dismissed by referee Robert Jones for his furious reaction to Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White's red card in the 2-2 draw at the Amex Stadium on September 22.
The Portuguese coach accepted the English Football Association's misconduct charge and will be forced to watch from the stands for three games, starting with Monday's Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at the City Ground.
Gibbs-White was handed a one-match suspension and £20,000 fine for his role in the angry scenes following his second yellow card against Brighton.
Brighton boss Fabian Hurzeler was also charged by the FA after he encroached onto the field to protest about Gibbs-White's challenge on Joao Pedro, but avoided a suspension and was given an £8,000 fine.
"Nuno Espirito Santo, Morgan Gibbs-White and Fabian Hurzeler admitted to their respective charges," an FA statement said.
